Cosmpolitant Lands ... Finally!

The Cosmpoliitant site has been two full years in the making. I returned to Singapore in February of 2011. On the very long flight over the Pacific, I made the decision to chronicle my year through a website/blog. The goal was to share more of what was happening in my life with family, friends, and other interested parties.

I recently spent a couple of days in Portland. The Oregon weather was not completely enchanting, but I caught the bug (again) to document my year to-come in a way that allowed the people in my life to share a little of what is going on for me. I don't get to spend nearly enough time with the people I love and enjoy sharing life's experiences. I hope this is a way for me to keep them more in tune with my weekly ramblings.

The main function of this website is to share thoughts and happenings. I will particularly focus on my travels, current events, and the small wonders we are presented on a daily basis (if we pay enough attention to catch them). Please check back regularly to catch updates on the Cosmopolitant Thoughts Blog.

I will also post past and future pictures of those I hold dear, places I have visited, and things that inspire me. The Cosmopolitant People/Places page will be home to all of the memories and inspirations I count on to keep propelling me forward during the insanity that is often my schedule.

I hope you all find some humor, a little provocativeness, and lots of ideas for great trips and experiences. I intend to cover a range of topics week-to-week, but I hope what keeps you coming back is just the opportunity to identify with some of the things that go on in my life from day-to-day.
